Sample Private Page

You can publish pages as "private" so only authenticated users can view. We have a role called Public User which will allow for these "private" pages to display, but no other content can be managed on the site. I generally suggest creating a simple webform to sign up for this Public User role, then an OIT User Admin can activate and assign the role so only approved users can see.

How to:

1. Create a basic page like this one
2. Add all required content
3. Check the "Private" box on the right sidebar when editing under "Promotion Options"
4. Save page as published
