OIT Agency Services Requests
Many commonly requested products and services are requestable from the OIT Service Catalog within ServiceHub.
Agency Service Requests (ASR) may be used whenever an agency identifies a need for OIT services that are not requestable from the catalog, or when an agency wishes to partner with OIT on the procurement of IT goods or services. To initiate a request, agency partners must submit a ticket using the I need assistance form in the ServiceHub Customer Portal. In the I need assistance form, select "I need something else" under the "How can we help?" prompt and click the "Buy something or Agency Service Request (ASR)” checkbox. Complete the rest of the form and click the Submit button. The I need assistance form will be routed to the Service Management Office (SMO).

OIT Enterprise Agreements
OIT has statutory authority (C.R.S. 24-37.5-105(3)(i)) to establish enterprise agreements (EAs) for IT products and services. Pursuant to this statute, OIT is the primary state party to these enterprise agreements (linked below) on behalf of
governmental entities across Colorado.
We solicit EAs for IT products and services with the intention that they are cooperative purchasing agreements under Article 110, Intergovernmental Relations, of Colorado Revised Statutes (C.R.S. 24-110-101, et seq.) making all branches of state government, institutions of higher education and local public procurement units eligible to participate in the resulting awards. It is up to these entities to determine if they are authorized—under each entity's procurement rules or policies—to use these solicitations and resulting EAs to procure IT products and services.
State agencies, political subdivisions and other governmental agencies in the state are welcome to take advantage of our current enterprise agreements by completing this brief Participating Amendment form. You are encouraged to preview the form via pdf (link below) before signing into DocuSign.
