OIT Enterprise Agreements
OIT has statutory authority (C.R.S. 24-37.5-105(3)(i)) to establish enterprise agreements for IT products and services. Pursuant to this statute, OIT is the primary state party to these enterprise agreements (link below) on behalf of state agencies. We solicit these enterprise agreements for IT products and services with the intention that they are cooperative purchasing agreements under Article 110, Intergovernmental Relations, of Colorado Revised Statutes (C.R.S. 24-110-101, et seq.) making all branches of state government, institutions of higher education and local public procurement units eligible to participate in the resulting awards. It is up to these entities to determine if they are authorized—under each entity's procurement rules or policies—to use these solicitations and resulting enterprise agreements to procure IT products and services.
State agencies, political subdivisions and other governmental agencies in the state are welcome to take advantage of our current enterprise agreements by completing the Participating Amendment.
OIT Interagency Agreement Request Form & User Guides
Interagency Agreements are established whenever an agency identifies a need for OIT services or to partner with OIT on a procurement of IT goods or services. To initiate a request for this, agency partners are required to submit the OIT Interagency Agreement Request Form, which will be approved by the OIT IT Director for the agency before being processed by OIT Finance. OIT has prepared the following user guides to aid agency partners and IT Directors in completing this process.
If you have any questions related to Interagency Agreements, please contact us at email@example.com.
