OIT Agency Services Requests
Many commonly requested products and services are requestable from the OIT Service Catalog within ServiceHub.
Agency Service Requests (ASR) may be used whenever an agency identifies a need for OIT services that are not requestable from the catalog, or when an agency wishes to partner with OIT on the procurement of IT goods or services. To initiate an Agency Service Request, authorized users may submit the ‘Request a Quote from OIT’ form in ServiceHub. Users whose agencies have restricted access to the form in ServiceHub must contact their IT Director to begin the ASR process.
All quote requests will be routed to the Service Management Office for next steps.
For more information, consult this knowledge article in the ServiceHub Resource Library.

OIT Enterprise Agreements
An Enterprise Agreement (“EA”) is a cooperative purchasing agreement created by OIT to eliminate redundant purchasing and to facilitate the efficient acquisition of IT products and services.
To accomplish this, OIT uses a competitive solicitation process (under the Colorado State fiscal rules and procurement code) to set up these agreements for use by all Colorado branches of state government, Institutions of Higher Education, and local public procurement units. By leveraging the State's buying power, an EA helps entities streamline their purchasing and secures both lower prices and the best overall value.
While OIT encourages entities to review and utilize our current EA offerings, the entity is solely responsible for ensuring that its use of any EA complies with its own procurement rules, policies, and all specific contract restrictions (such as limitations on funding sources or data usage).
