Building toward equity
The State of Colorado believes that an equitable, diverse, and inclusive workplace is one where all employees and community partners feel valued and respected. At OIT, we are building a robust Equity, Diversity and Inclusion program to facilitate training, conduct internal policy and practice reviews, and form employee resource groups to craft a work environment that's welcoming to all.
Reimagining IT for the state
The Governor asked us to lead and collaborate with agency partners on a multi-year IT transformation focused on empowering state agencies to drive IT decisions based on their business needs. Moving toward a more effective IT model, the program will culminate in a complete reimagining of statewide IT operations and service delivery, with ever-expanding access to secure, virtual services for all Coloradans.

The Colorado Digital Service is a diverse cross-functional team of senior engineers, designers, product managers, and procurement specialists serving limited "tours of civic service" (six months to two years) operating within OIT.
