Jared Polis is proud to announce the growing list of local law enforcement agencies across the state accepting Colorado Digital ID™ as proof of identity, age and address during traffic stops. Police departments in Denver, Brighton, Broomfield, Cherry Hills Village, Colorado Springs, Durango, Johnstown, Lakewood, Loveland, Morrison, Parker, Thornton, Vail and Windsor are accepting the secure and contactless form of identification available in the myColorado™ mobile app.

DENVER - Colorado’s newly formed Broadband Advisory Board, created through Gov. Polis’ Executive Order focusing on collaboration and coordination of broadband efforts, will hold its first meeting on Thursday, December 3, at 10 a.m.

DENVER — The Colorado State Patrol (CSP) announced that troopers will begin accepting the Colorado Digital ID™ within the myColorado™ mobile app as proof of identity, age and address for traffic stops within the state. The contactless Digital ID, downloaded by more than 75,000 Coloradans, provides residents a secure, safe and convenient way to exchange information with troopers. Colorado is the first state in the nation to offer residents the option to electronically transmit digital identification, vehicle registration and proof of insurance to law enforcement.
