This award spotlights CIOs in seven key categories who have demonstrated excellence in technology leadership.
DENVER - Today, Gov. Jared Polis congratulated Colorado high school students who participated in the 2020 Girls Go CyberStart competition and National Championship. The CyberStart game, which teaches students about cybersecurity through a series of online challenges, ran from January 13 to June 30, 2020.
DENVER — The State of Colorado announced additional enhancements to the myColoradoTM mobile app to help Coloradans stay current on COVID-19 information and access food, cash, medical, and early childhood assistance on the Colorado PEAK® website. Other new features include the ability to display vehicle registrations in the app and chat with myColorado support staff.
DENVER — The State of Colorado announced new features in the myColorado mobile app to support Governor Polis’ order to stay at home. The myColorado updates offer residents convenient access to COVID-19 information, 17 additional Division of Motor Vehicles (DMV) services, and State of Colorado job opportunities. Additionally, Coloradans can receive COVID-19 alerts and other important information in real time through myColorado push notifications.
DENVER — Today, The Pew Charitable Trusts released a brief entitled “How States Are Expanding Broadband Access: New research identifies tactics for connecting underserved communities,” which features Colorado and eight other states working to expand rural broadband coverage. The State of Colorado participated in interviews and site visits as part of Pew’s ongoing look at how states are bridging the broadband gap.
DENVER — The Colorado Governor’s Office of Information Technology (OIT) is pleased to announce the appointment of Julia Richman as Chief Strategy Officer. Richman joins the State of Colorado from the City of Boulder where she most recently served as Chief Innovation and Technology Officer, leading technology strategy, operations, and citywide innovation.
